* Deliver full lifecycle recruitment including advertising, direct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding liaison.
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles, building proactive talent pipelines.
* Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking initiatives to strengthen direct sourcing activity.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, providing salary benchmarking, market insight and selection guidance.
* Reduce agency dependency by driving direct sourcing strategies and ensuring agencies are only used when aligned to process.
* Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment data within the ATS (HiBob desirable), supporting reporting and process excellence.
* Promote best practice, fairness and compliance in line with UK employment legislation and safer recruitment principles.
* Represent GenesisCare at career fairs, networking events and engagement activities where required.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance candidate experience and recruitment efficiency.
* Champion GenesisCare’s Core Values through every stage of the hiring journey.

What You'll Have

* Proven experience in in-house or agency recruitment.
* Strong end-to-end recruitment lifecycle experience.
* Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated capability in direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
* Experience recruiting specialist, regulated or hard-to-fill roles (healthcare experience desirable).
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Ability to provide market insight and recruitment guidance to hiring managers.
* Experience using applicant tracking systems (HiBob desirable).
* Good understanding of UK employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
* High attention to detail with strong system management capability.
