The role:
As the SDR Manager, you will be responsible for..
1. Establishing realistic but stretching KPIs and working closely with your team to ensure they are achieved
2. Recruiting, onboarding and training all new team members to ramp them up as quickly as possible
3. Leading from the front and coaching the team on sales methodologies to improve processes
4. Helping to identify opportunities and developing targeted and effective sales pitches / demos
About you:
5. Desirable: an experienced SDR who has progressed to Head of, Lead, and/or Manager of an SDR/BDR team.
6. Understanding of the software/SaaS/ IT space, in particular using Salesforce CRM
7. Scaled and grown successful sales teams in a fast paced environment
