About You
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skills, practicing in a nurse-led environment, developing complex decision-making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents during a vulnerable time in their lives, guiding and supporting them in life-changing decisions, which is a humbling and rewarding part of the role.

You will be a Registered Nurse with at least 12 months experience in Health or Social Care, a valid Pin number, and a commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.

You will have a passion to mentor and share your knowledge with colleagues, provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and understand the importance of effective communication, both verbally and written, while role modelling professional behaviours.

You will advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It is essential that you can recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures to follow if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
