OXBO are partnered with a fast-growing Renewable Energy IPP looking to hire a Renewable Energy Consultant to their collaborative and social Glasgow team.

Role
* Support in management of overall delivery of multiple utility‑scale Solar and BESS construction projects.
* Assist in the management of all aspects of projects, including Construction, Health & Safety, and quality standards across sites.
* Support and manage grid agreement interfaces, general engineering activities, procuring and contract administration.
* Proactively identify construction risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to protect programme and cost.
* Monitor and report deviations to scope, schedule, or budget, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Undertake development and O&M works in order to gain all‑round knowledge of project life cycles.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years experience within the renewable energy industry, within the development and delivery phases.
* Experience should be within Solar PV, Battery Storage (BESS) or Onshore wind projects (other industries with suitable transferrable skills will also be considered).
* Experience in contract preparation, negotiation and administration.
* Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland Construction, CDM, Health & Safety, and environmental regulations.
* Understanding of Grid operators and connection processes.
* Confident communicator with stakeholders and contractor management skills.
* Ability to manage several project tasks at once and able to plan and prioritise.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to site as required.
