Overview
Provide person-centred care, supporting residents with daily living, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor care staff, ensuring high standards of care and teamwork.
* Administer and record medications in line with policies and procedures (training provided if required).
* Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate care plans, observations, and documentation.
* Uphold safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control standards.
Qualifications
* Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or above).
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (ideally with supervisory or senior-level responsibilities).
* Strong understanding of older adults\' care, including dementia awareness.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.
* Willingness to undertake additional training as required.
