In House Litigation Lawyer 3+ PQE Sheffield (hybrid)
This household name business is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its highly regarded in-house legal team, supporting the business on a broad range of contentious matters across a complex and fast-paced operational environment. Key Responsibilities of the role:
Provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of disputes including commercial contracts, IP, IT, regulatory and property matters.
Manage litigation matters from pre-action stage through to issue and resolution.
Support the business on customer and wider commercial disputes, providing practical and risk-based advice to key stakeholders.
Assist with small claims matters and liaise with external legal counsel where required.
Work collaboratively across the business to deliver clear, pragmatic legal solutions.
Manage relationships with external legal providers and contribute to internal legal know-how and process improvements.
Requirements for the role:
* A commercial litigation lawyer with 3+ years PQE having trained with a well regarded law firm.
* Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
* Experience managing a broad range of contentious matters.
* Confident engaging with and advising senior stakeholders across the business.
* A proactive, collaborative and commercially minded approach.
* Experience advising on GDPR matters would be beneficial.
