We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room
Attendant to join our housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of
cleanliness and presentation.
The Role
As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a
flawless and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for maintaining guest
rooms and public areas to the highest luxury standards, reflecting the our quality
assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean
and service guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms to 5-star standards
* Ensure
all rooms are immaculately presented, including bed-making and
replenishment of amenities
* Report
maintenance issues promptly and accurately
* Handle
guest belongings with care and integrity
* Follow
health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
* Deliver
discreet, courteous, and professional service when interacting with guests
* Maintain
linen rooms and housekeeping trolleys in an organised manner
