What you’ll be doing: In this fast-paced role, you’ll spend most of your day on the phone (around 80 calls a day) as the friendly first point of contact for service users, family members, and healthcare professionals. You’ll help coordinate the delivery, installation, and collection of essential community healthcare equipment — anything from walking frames to more complex beds and hoists. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Answering and managing incoming queries with care and professionalism - Coordinating orders with our driver technicians - Checking online orders for accuracy and processing them for invoicing - Handling a range of general administrative tasks to keep everything running smoothly What we’re looking for: Experience in a busy, high-volume office environment Confident telephone-based customer service skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Previous admin and diary management experience Competence with Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly A professional and friendly communication style Hours & Pay: Pay: £25,396.80 per annum Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week includin...
