Responsibilities include:
* Supporting children with SEN in mainstream and specialist school settings
* Assisting with personalised learning plans and behavioural support
* Using your communication and teamwork skills to foster positive relationships
* Encouraging physical activity and wellbeing initiatives tailored to individual needs
* Helping create inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environments
* Collaborating closely with teaching staff and SEN coordinators
Minimum requirements:
* Recent graduate in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or related degree
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A passion for working with children and young people, especially those with SEN
* Ability to stay calm, patient, and adaptable in challenging situations
* Willingness to learn and develop skills in SEN support and education
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and availability for term-time work
