* As General Manager you will be the driving force behind the success of the hotel
* Provide strong leadership across all areas to include Accommodation, F&B, Spa, Events, & Leisure.
* Drive performance & profitability whilst maintaining a premium guest experience.
* Collaborate with ownership & senior leadership on strategy, innovation & brand development.
* Lead & develop departmental Managers to foster a positive & motivated workplace culture.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE
* 5 years plus proven General Manager experience - familiarity of a resort would be advantageous.
* A strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue & profitability targets.
* Passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a meticulous eye for detail.
