Centre Manager role at National Tyres (part of the Halfords family). Lead a team to deliver an excellent customer journey and satisfaction, with opportunities for progression and training.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team to deliver high standards of customer service in an automotive service, maintenance and repair environment.
* Drive business performance and customer experience while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Manage operations to achieve KPIs and sales targets and provide in-the-moment coaching and development to team members.

* Average uncapped bonus of £10,800 per year (potential to earn more)

Qualifications
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or a related industry
* Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Coaching-based approach to team development and in-the-moment training
* Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards
* Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
* Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
* IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* Current valid driving licence
