We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload while contributing to a firm that values quality service and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
* Handle sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of title
* Prepare and review legal documents including missives, dispositions and standard securities
* Conduct property searches and liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and estate agents
* Ensure compliance with Scottish property law and regulations
* Maintain accurate records using case management systems
* Deliver a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
