Overview
As an Enrolment Consultant at Captiva Learning, your main task will be to develop relationships with clients and support organisations in achieving their talent goals through apprenticeships. You will build new and existing relationships daily and forge long-term partnerships through learner and client engagement. Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering in-depth consultation at all levels.
* Engage with learners and clients to create opportunities and drive engagement aligned with company values.
* Provide opportunities and guidance while balancing regulatory requirements governing apprenticeships.
* Collaborate with teams to support organisations in achieving talent goals through apprenticeship programmes.
* Contribute to building long-term partnerships through proactive relationship management and client engagement.
* Operate as part of a large training provider with an Ofsted rating of Good in all areas.

Qualifications / Experience
* Experience in business-to-business environments, target-driven roles, consultative business development, recruitment, education, or apprenticeship backgrounds desired.
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
* Willingness to work in a role focused on client relationship development and management, with extensive interaction across customers and partners.

Benefits & Details
* Excellent bonus scheme driven by performance, with an OTE of up to £40,000 plus bonus (1-3 year target period).
* 25 days annual leave, plus one additional day per year up to a maximum of 30 days, plus Bank Holidays.
* Private health care on completion of probation.
* Full-time position, head office based in East London (Stratford).
