Your Role and Responsibilities
You will support teachers and students directly by:

Providing one:on:one and small:group learning support.
*
Preparing the classroom and learning materials.
*
Helping to build a safe, inclusive environment.
*
Assisting with classroom management.
*
Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
What We Need From You
Were looking for someone who is patient, passionate, and dedicated. You should have:

Prior experience working with children.
*
The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
*
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
*
A valid Enhanced Child DBS (we can help with this).
*
