You will work closely with a highly skilled team including our Digital Spend Assurance Lead, Digital Asset Manager, Digital Procurement Officer, and Information Security Officers. Together, this team plays a vital role in ensuring our digital operations are delivered efficiently, securely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
As Digital Operations Support Officer, you will provide essential support across the team, contributing to the smooth running of our digital services and helping assure excellent outcomes for the organisation. You'll be part of a collaborative, enthusiastic, and experienced group that is committed to driving positive change through the delivery of first-class digital services.
Our team takes an innovative and inclusive approach to solving complex challenges, working across Homes England and with external partners to deliver meaningful change. We value diversity of thought and experience, recognising that inclusive teams make better decisions and deliver better services.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across all aspects of digital operations and delivery. You will support day-to-day service delivery ("Run" activities), contribute to small and strategic change initiatives, and work with key internal stakeholders such as Finance and HR. You'll also engage with the wider Government Digital community, helping to shape and deliver digital change at scale.
You will be involved in the delivery of key digital change programmes, including our Integrated Change Programme, Digital Change Portfolio, and Service Teams. With a range of exciting projects underway, this role offers a great balance between operational delivery and the opportunity to bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance our digital capabilities.
A bit about you…

You'll be organised, proactive, and able to work across multiple priorities with confidence and clarity.
Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy. You'll be resilient and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and your approach will be shaped by an understanding of how digital services impact the wider organisation. You'll enjoy working in an innovative, inclusive, and engaging environment, and be confident in communicating, influencing, and building strong working relationships.
You may come from a background in digital, operations, project support, assurance, compliance, or another relevant area. What matters most is your ability to work collaboratively, think critically, and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset. You'll be a team player who's keen to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful change.

Together with our partners, we're accelerating the pace of house building, remediation and regeneration across the country, as we seek to deliver ever more affordable homes in places people are proud to call home for generations to come.
