We are looking to recruit a 360 Recruitment Business Development Consultant to help further develop our recruitment division. We are open to discussion around hours, and for the right candidate there may be some homeworking available.
This exciting opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to start a new desk in their specialist sectors.
You will need to have a minimum of a couple of years’ experience in recruitment sales and resourcing, be comfortable speaking with new clients and the ability to fill roles in a fast paced environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Reporting directly to the Department Head, you will work as part of a dynamic team but initially as the only recruiter for your specialist are for “New Business”. You will be supported by an office team and will be able to call upon highly experienced resourcing specialists if you need to.
Your focus will be on permanent & contract opportunities. You will also have responsibility for recruiting permanent technical consultants to join our team, and for staffing internal delivery projects.
