Parts Supervisor
I am working with a Main Car Dealership in the Guildford area of Surrey who are seeking to recruit a Parts Supervisor. You must have previous experience managing a Parts team within a main dealer environment. Experience of Kerridge.
Job Role – Parts Supervisor
Salary – £35,000 basic plus £6,000 bonus
Hours, Mon – Fri 8.00 – 6.00 & 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 – 1.00
Parts Supervisor role:
* To oversee the daily operations and all aspects of the Parts Department
* To implement and review plans to increase parts turnover, whilst maintaining agreed profit margins
* To provide accurate weekly forecasts on performance
* To have a customer orientated approach to running the Parts department
* To ensure routine processes are maintained (PPI, N / STK reports, Parts Back Order status, VOR mix report)
Additional Requirements:
* To have main Dealership experience in a similar role
* Experience with Kerridge
* To be able to motivate and lead by example
