Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – 16-Week Assignment
Pay: £12.21 - £13
Location: B37
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
About the Role:
We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and experienced Customer Service Advisors for a 16-week assignment. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with a variety of enquiries including housing, rents, repairs, and general support. Your goal will be to resolve queries quickly, efficiently, and with a positive attitude.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering calls, emails, voicemails, and texts professionally and helpfully.
Resolving enquiries on first contact wherever possible.
Making outbound calls to support customer campaigns and updating systems accurately.
Collaborating with the team to improve processes and deliver excellent service.
Following company policies and ensuring customer information is kept safe and secure.
What We're Looking For:
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre or housing-related environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Confident using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
Calm under pressure, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Info:
Not required to work during the weeks of 22nd and 29th December 2025.
