We're on the look out for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our busy café, restaurant, and growing function trade.

### The Role You will be responsible for: - Managing all day-to-day kitchen operations - Leading and motivating the kitchen team - Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards - Menu planning and stock control - Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are met - Supporting café service and function catering
### What Were Looking For - Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef - Strong leadership and organisational skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen - Passion for fresh food and great service - Reliable, enthusiastic, and team-focused attitude
