Strive has partnered with a leading vendor in the DevOps / DevSecOps / Developer Tool space and is recruiting for a Head of Sales, EMEA. The company has expanded over the past 12 months and is scaling across the US and EMEA. This role inherits a team of approximately 7–8 reps with a dotted line into the BDR function, with a mission to scale the team across the EMEA region, hire and develop top-tier talent, and achieve the annual numbers. This position reports to the SVP of Worldwide Sales, offering a route to advance within a high-growth business with a clear GTM strategy. The Role & Package Details Head of Sales (EMEA) – initially a first-line leadership role, with potential to scale into 2nd line. Inherit a team of AEs, with dotted line into BDR function; plan to double over the next two years and hire/develop 2 RD's. Location: UK&I – Remote, owning the EMEA region. Ideally experience selling into technical stakeholders and leading technical sellers.
