Our client are a leading fit-out and award winning subcontractor specializing in drylining, partitions, joinery and painting & Decorating, who work predominantly on commercial and retail projects with some of the UK’s leading players.

The Role:
As an Estimator, you will:
* Prepare accurate cost estimates for drylining and fit-out projects
* Analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts
* Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
* Identify risks and opportunities in project costs
* Work closely with the project team to optimize budgets
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as an estimator in the fit-out.
* Some knowledge of drylining, partitioning, and ceiling systems
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
