Portico are on the lookout for a confident and polished Receptionist (Welcome Host) to become the face of our Front of House service at a prestigious multi tenant building in Oxford.

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, you will embody exceptional service standards and professionalism in every interaction. Your role is to create a seamless, memorable arrival experience through genuine engagement, efficiency, and a warm, welcoming presence. You’ll also collaborate closely with other service partners on site to deliver a true one team approach.

Please note: This is a stand alone position. The successful candidate will be the sole Portico representative on site, while still being fully supported by a wider team based across other locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver an outstanding welcome experience for all visitors and tenants
2. Manage reception duties with confidence, accuracy, and professionalism
3. Build strong, lasting relationships with tenants and stakeholders
4. Work collaboratively with service partners to maintain a cohesive environment
5. Handle enquiries, requests, and tasks with initiative and efficiency
6. Uphold the highest standards of presentation and service at all times

Shift details: 40 hours per week. Shifts between 8:00-17:00, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £29,500

Previous hotel or corporate reception experience is essential.
