We are seeking a Graphic Designer who shares our passion for creativity and excellence to join our dynamic in-house team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands. You will work across print and digital platforms, translating ideas into compelling designs that reflect our brand values and captivate our audience.
* Work in partnership with the Brand managers and Design Studios across our 6 in-house brands to translate their product vision into marketing materials.
* Work seamlessly with the campaign team and wider business to create engaging print, social media, email, event and website visuals.
* Ensure that the design maintains its integrity and reaches its full potential by correcting colours, placement, fonts, and inconsistencies.
* Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to ensure that all design work is in line with brand strategy.
* Act as a brand guardian to ensure creative output is consistent across all multi-channel touch points.
* Manage a number of briefs at one time, and deliver these on time, on brand while constantly looking to improve the quality.
* Collaborate with the Design studio on shoot briefs, specifying graphical requirements where necessary.
* Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.
* Prepare artwork for print and liaise with external suppliers when needed.
* Scan new technologies, trends and opportunities.
* Execute rigorous quality checks.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the department.
* Carry out competitor benchmarking on best practice through attending industry events or showroom & shop visits.
* Work in collaboration with colleagues and customers to seek feedback on work and implement changes where required
We are looking for:
* Minimum of 3 years proven experience working in a Graphic Design role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital work.
* Must have expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Excellent layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
* Sound understanding of social and its creative elements.
* Strong attention to detail & a high-level of accuracy.
* Creative flair for design, both online and in print.
* Outstanding presentation skills and the ability to show complex brand issues in an engaging way.
