Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Brighton
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 9am - 17.30pm & Friday, 9am - 5pm (hybrid working)

About your new role:
Processing weekly and monthly contractor invoices
Liaising with contractors to make approvals when necessary
Scheduling contractor payments
Keeping and checking records for clients, suppliers, contractors, and assignments to ensure they match across systems
Informing relevant departments of any discrepancies and verifying new supplier bank details
Processing supplier invoices and ensuring they are paid on time
Managing departmental email inboxes
Processing and verifying staff expense claims
Managing and reconciling the Company Credit Card Account within Xero
Filing documents and addressing any queriesAbout you:
Confident on the phone and liaising via email
Experience with Xero ideally or similar accounting software
Accounting qualifications desirable
High level attention to detail
Able to prioritise, plan and organise own workload
Good Customer Service skills
