Conveyancing Secretary / Paralegal - County Down
Overview A well established law firm with offices in County Down is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary or Paralegal to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload and wants to be part of a supportive, close knit environment, assisting across a full range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and process contracts, searches, and completion statements. Manage correspondence with clients, lenders, and solicitors. Maintain accurate case files and progress transactions efficiently. Provide general administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and fee earners.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in conveyancing (residential and/or commercial). Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident communicator with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
