We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our team. Working closely with teachers, you will play a key role in supporting our youngest learners as they take their first steps in education. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and where you will help children to develop socially, emotionally, and academically.

Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
Work with individuals and small groups to extend learning and provide targeted support.
Help to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment.
Assist in the preparation of resources, displays, and classroom organisation.
Support children’s personal care and wellbeing when required.
Encourage children’s independence, resilience, and confidence.
Contribute to observations and assessments of children’s progress.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Warm, caring, and passionate about supporting early childhood development.
Energetic, enthusiastic, and able to engage young learners.
Patient, adaptable, and able to respond to the needs of individual children.
A strong communicator and team player.
Ideally experienced in working within an EYFS setting (though training will be provided).
A relevant childcare/early years qualification (e.g. Level 2/3) is desirable.
