R&D Tax Manager
Leonid Group are exclusively partnered with a leading accountancy practice in the search for an R&D Tax Manager. This is an opportunity to manage a large portfolio of clients and play a huge role in the further development of the Innovation Incentives team. You'll have the scope to shape your own progression within the firm and take on more responsibility, including the chance to expand into wider Corporate Tax, or Incentive products (CA, LRR, PB etc). The role can be based from a number of our client's offices, with hybrid working available.
The opportunity
As an R&D Tax Manager, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:
* Own and manage a client portfolio with higher level of client responsibility, oversee your team’s portfolios and inputting to workflow planning.
* Deliver revenue and profitability targets.
* Foster enduring client relationships.
Day to day duties
1. Identifying qualifying R&D activities and expenditure through participation in technical & financial discussions with clients for new and repeat claims.
