Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the functional design, implementation, and optimisation of Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service, Marketing) solutions.
* Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into effective CRM solutions.
* Oversee system configuration, user adoption, and ongoing enhancements to ensure maximum business value.
* Champion best practices, process improvements, and user training across the organisation.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrations and upgrades.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience leading D365 CE projects from a functional perspective, ideally within an end user setting.
* Deep understanding of D365 CE modules and the Power Platform.
