Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to gain insights into their business needs.
* Lead the planning and execution of audit engagements, ensuring thorough and efficient processes.
* Supervise and provide direction to audit team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
* Ensure all audit documentation meets professional standards and regulatory requirements.
* Deliver detailed reports to management, highlighting audit results and key findings.
* Perform follow-up audits to evaluate the impact of management's actions and decisions.
* Identify areas of risk, propose strategies for risk mitigation, and recommend opportunities for cost savings.
* Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in the Accounting & Finance sector.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
* Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
* Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
* Proficiency in audit software and databases.
* Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
* Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
