Your Role in our Mission In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the global marketing team to ensure brand alignment while adapting messaging and campaigns for the local market. Partnering with our PR agency and internal stakeholders, you’ll oversee brand campaigns, media relations, and social media efforts that increase awareness, build trust, and drive engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
7. Own and evolve the UK brand strategy, ensuring it reflects local market nuances while staying true to global guidelines
8. Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to align on brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and creative direction
9. Manage local brand campaigns and activations, working with agencies to deliver engaging and consistent content across a relevant media mix
10. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all UK communications reflect our tone, values and visual identity
11. Develop and maintain strong relationships across internal teams to embed brand consistency in all marketing and client-facing materials
12. Lead annual brand research, diagnosis and tracking efforts to measure brand health, understand audience perceptions, and inform the ongoing evolution of brand messaging and campaigns
13. Partner with our PR agency to develop and implement UK media and communications strategies that enhance brand awareness and credibility
14. Support the creation of press releases, media pitches, thought leadership content and executive profiles in collaboration with the agency
15. Collaborate with Leadership, spokespeople and other stakeholders to identify and maximise PR opportunities
16. Design and execute influencer marketing strategies, building authentic partnerships that amplify brand storytelling and drive engagement across key audiences
17. Develop the review sites strategy (e.g. Trustpilot), including monitoring and responding to customer feedback
18. Work in partnership with the global design and social media team members, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and timely delivery of content
Skills
19. Proven experience in brand management within a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS, tech or professional services
20. Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and visual identity, with a focus on balancing global consistency and local relevance
21. Experience working collaboratively with global marketing teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality brand and communications outputs
22. Practical knowledge of PR and media relations, with experience working alongside PR agencies or managing media activity
23. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling and translating complex ideas into clear messages
24. Highly organised with strong project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
25. A proactive, hands-on approach and a collaborative style that fosters cross-functional teamwork
