* Event Management: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of industry trade shows, corporate events, and executive roundtables.
* Sales Alignment: Partner with regional sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with local targets and territory goals.
* Budgetary Oversight: Manage the UK marketing budget, track ROI, and report on the commercial impact of activities.
* Content Localisation: Liaise with the global content team to produce and distribute marketing collateral tailored for the British audience.
* Marketing Automation: Collaborate with the digital team to execute email journeys and lead-nurture campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
* Channel Strategy: Drive both to-partner and through-partner marketing to strengthen the channel ecosystem.
* Partner Enablement: Manage VIPRE’s PRM system and partner portals to ensure resellers have tools to scale.

Qualifications

* Proven Field Experience: Significant experience in B2B marketing, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS.
* Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse market trends and campaign performance data to drive decisions.
* Strategic & Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative campaigns with a long-term strategic focus.
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Pardot), and PRM tools.
* Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and events.
* Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and a customer-centric mindset.
* Adaptability: Flexible and able to pivot in response to changing market conditions.
