Interim Finance Transformation Director - (Day Rate)
We're currently working alongside a leading Private Equity backed business in their search for an Interim Finance Transformation Director. The role will run for an initial 6-12 month period and be carried out on a hybrid working basis with 3 days per week in the London office.
Our client is looking for this person to work alongside the Group CFO to shape, modernise and improve the global finance function. This person will play a key role in standardising, modernising and improving Finance throughout the organisation, working on the design of the new operating model, selection of systems, and putting the overall governance and programme management around these initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previously faced off to the board / have prior private equity exposure
* Driven large scale global finance transformations
* Been accountable for the design and delivery of global finance operating models
* Delivered Global ERP programmes
* A background in consulting
* Exceptional stakeholder management
