Workplace Integration Engineer Responsibilities
Package and deploy software solutions using automation and Scripting.
Own delivery of work packages from design, prototyping, and testing through to production.
Develop repeatable unit tests covering expected and unexpected outcomes.
Provide early life support and ongoing updates based on user requirements.
Produce and maintain technical documentation for support and users.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve complex technical problems.
Work collaboratively within an agile team environment.
Workplace Integration Engineer Skills and Experience
Strong Scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
Advanced Windows systems administration within enterprise environments.
Experience delivering configuration changes using GPO, registry, filesystem, and WMI.
Knowledge of Windows update, patching, and installer mechanisms.
Experience working within secure or high assurance environments.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capability.
Workplace Integration Engineer Desirable Experience
Agile delivery experience.
Active Directory, PKI, VMware virtualisation, and Windows Server.
Experience creating gold builds and system hardening.
Exposure to Ansible, Terraform, and automation tooling.
Automated testing using frameworks such as Robot.
