Transport Coordinator Location: Coventry Salary: £13.58 per hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 09:00–17:00 (37.5 hours per week) Employment Type: Long-term, Ongoing work We are recruiting a Transport Coordinator on behalf of our client, a large automotive logistics company based in Coventry. This role is key in managing customer relationships, handling queries, and ensuring smooth transportation operations. The Role: * Act as the main point of contact for a specific customer, understanding their requirements and resolving queries. * Manage and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and internal departments. * Handle customer complaints and delivery issues professionally and efficiently. * Update internal systems and databases, ensuring all interactions are recorded. * General administration and additional duties as required. * Travel may be required to Hinckley and Milton Keynes, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
