In this role, you will contribute directly to the company’s success by ensuring that our planning processes are robust, transparent, and aligned with long-term objectives. You will be responsible for supporting both annual and multi-year budget planning, carefully monitoring performance, and preparing reports that provide management with the insights they need to make informed decisions.
You will work closely with headquarters, coordinating the flow of information and preparing key materials, while also supporting the operations of the Board of Directors and maintaining compliance with approval authority regulations. Beyond the day-to-day, your work will include contributing to strategic planning initiatives, conducting financial and business analysis, and helping to shape decisions that guide the company’s direction.
To strengthen decision-making across the organisation, you will develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards that provide clear visibility of key metrics. Your ability to combine financial expertise, business understanding, and clear communication will make you a valuable partner in advancing both strategic and operational goals.
Success in this position will require extensive experience in strategic planning and a broad understanding of operational processes, alongside strong financial and industry knowledge. A solid grasp of regulatory requirements and governance standards is essential, as is the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the business. You should also bring proven expertise in financial analysis, integrated planning, management reporting, and performance monitoring, together with the confidence to translate complex information into actionable insight.
