Enable Resourcing is recruiting for a Site Engineer – Major Civils to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering complex infrastructure works across Central London.
This role will involve a combination of site and office-based responsibilities, supporting the successful delivery of major civils packages across high-profile projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are set out accurately, delivered safely and executed in accordance with design and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting out and surveying works on site
* Reviewing drawings and specifications
* Ensuring works are delivered in line with design requirements
* Supporting technical problem solving on site
* Monitoring progress and quality standards
* Maintaining site records and documentation
* Completing as-built surveys and drawings
* Supporting inspections and testing regimes
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
* Assisting with temporary works coordination
* Supporting materials scheduling and subcontractor coordination
* Contributing to technical reporting and programme delivery
* You will work closely with Project Managers, Senior Engineers and Site Teams to ensure safe, efficient and structured project delivery.
About You
* Experience working as a Site Engineer within civil engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong setting out and surveying capability
* Good understanding of civil engineering construction methods
* Ability to work within a fast-paced London project environment
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* CSCS card
You will be technically confident, organised and capable of supporting delivery across complex civils packages.
