General Teaching Assistant

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on experience and school needs.
* Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
* Help create a positive and engaging learning environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
* Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Willing to complete additional CPDs
* Is patient, proactive, and passionate about supporting children’s learning.
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is adaptable and able to work collaboratively with staff and pupils.
