Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, particularly within the hotel /holiday home industry, and will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in holiday homes and residential properties and common areas. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests, contributing significantly to their overall experience.

Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products in guest houses.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
* Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used safely. This will be provided to you.
* Assist with laundry services as needed.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
* Able to train staff and provide excellent support for the team offering feedback and ongoing support.
* To work along side the company to build with us for our exciting times ahead.
* You need to be able to provide an up beat attitude in a fast pace role.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a housekeeping role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel sector.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
* You must have your own car and a clean driving licence.
