Location: Manchester, M2 2BQ
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + uncapped commission (OTE £40k+ in Year 1)

The Role
You’ll be joining a successful, fast-paced recruitment business with a strong reputation in the market. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll leverage your existing sales experience to:
* Build strong client relationships through outbound business development
* Source and manage top-tier candidates in your chosen sector
* Own the full 360° recruitment process - from initial brief to placement
* Hit and exceed activity targets and revenue goals
* Grow your own client base and manage your desk like it’s your own business

Who We’re Looking For

* Minimum 1 year of proven sales or business development experience
* A track record of hitting KPIs or sales targets

Experience in recruitment isn’t necessary - we’ll teach you that. But sales ability is non-negotiable.
