Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Financial Services Administrator role based in the Greater Leicester Area. The role involves supporting financial advisers with end‑to‑end administration for pensions, ISAs and investment products, including preparing documentation, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records. The Senior Financial Services Administrator will liaise with clients, providers, and internal stakeholders to obtain information, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion of transactions. Responsibilities include updating CRM and platform systems, preparing review packs and reports, monitoring case progress, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, supporting management with ad hoc projects, and helping to maintain a high standard of client experience.
Qualifications
* Strong foundation in financial planning with experience supporting advice across products such as pensions, ISAs, protection, and investments.
* Proficient analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial data, platform reports, and client information accurately.
* Solid accounting and numeracy skills to support reconciliations, fee calculations, and accurate record‑keeping.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, providers, and colleagues.
* Previous experience in a financial services administration or paraplanning support role, ideally within wealth management or independent financial advice.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a regulated environment.
* Comfort using financial platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
* Relevant financial services qualifications (e.g., progressing toward or holding level 3/4 industry exams) are highly advantageous.
