About the Role
* Lead the baby room with confidence, warmth, and vision
* Create a calm, engaging, and stimulating environment that supports early development
* Plan and deliver creative, child‑led experiences in line with the EYFS
* Support and inspire your team to deliver outstanding care
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
* Contribute ideas and enthusiasm as the nursery develops and moves forward
About You
* Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
* At least two years experience working with babies and ideally in a leadership or senior role
* Passionate about high‑quality baby care and early development
* Creative, motivated, and excited by a new challenge
* A positive role model with strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS

Pay: £12.75-£13.75 per hour
