OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER
Marina Developments Ltd (MDL Marinas) is the UKs leading marina operator. We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Operations Support Manager, based at The Yacht Club, Ocean Village, SO14 3QF. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5. 30pm.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading central operations support overseeing administration and coordination, systems, processes, training, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
The role focuses on improving efficiency and embedding system-led ways of working. It supports the Head of Operations (Central) in delivering projects, compliance activity, and operational improvements, championing Simplify, Automate, Remove. The successful applicant will be required to attend various training in the initial period of employment as part of a full induction process.
