Due to our continued success and expansion, we are looking for an experienced Minor Works / Projects Plumber to join our team.
Reporting to the Projects Director, the Minor Works & Projects Plumber will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive tasks, from complex repairs to minor plumbing issues.

* Location: Manchester / Liverpool (working across all North contracts)
* Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours
* Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Minor Works & Projects Plumber will:
* Work as part of the Graham FM Team, responsible for pre-planned maintenance of mechanical & electrical plant and building fabric systems, including emergency lighting, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
* Perform reactive and remedial repairs as directed by the Graham Helpdesk, including plumbing, heating, ventilation, and minor building fabric repairs based on experience.
* Provide high-quality maintenance services to clients, ensuring excellence in all aspects of your work.
* Use initiative to solve technical problems, sourcing parts and seeking manufacturer support when needed.
* Provide detailed reports of work carried out to keep clients informed.
* Complete tasks within agreed timescales, complying with regulations and specifications.
* Maintain records and logs, including operation and maintenance logs, to minimize risks.
* Utilize PDAs or electronic devices for work completion.
* Liaise with the control hub to ensure efficient response to tasks, working independently or in teams.
* Adhere to health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments for each task.
* Maintain professionalism when dealing with clients.
* Provide out-of-hours cover on a rota basis.

About You
Essential Criteria
1. C&G 6019 NVQ Lv 3 or equivalent, with relevant apprenticeship
2. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in maintenance, including planned, reactive, and remedial work
3. Current Full UK Driver’s License
4. Ability to obtain and renew Police Vetting and DBS
Desirable Criteria
1. IOSH – Working Safely or CSCS Card
2. CSR/CSCS H&S qualification or equivalent
3. Mechanical qualifications, e.g., Unvented Systems, Legionella Awareness, Gas Safe Registration
4. IT Skills, including use of PDAs
5. Asbestos awareness training
