Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for four Cleaning Supervisors to join our team at the brand-new Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Covent Garden. This is a flagship site for Diageo and Sodexo, combining high footfall public areas, extended trading hours, and exacting cleanliness standards. Main Responsibilities
* Supervise daily cleaning operations in high-traffic public areas, including restrooms and communal spaces
* Manage shift teams and ensure adherence to scheduled rotas (early and late shifts)
* Maintain accurate compliance documentation and support audits
* Ensure COSHH standards are upheld across all cleaning processes
* Champion excellent customer service and uphold site presentation standards
* Monitor and support team performance, conduct regular checks, and escalate issues when necessary
* Carry out compliance checks and use site-specific software to log inspections and audits
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role within a public or hospitality setting
* Strong understanding of COSHH, cleaning compliance standards, and audit procedures
* Competent with digital compliance systems (training provided)
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, including early mornings and evenings
