Demonstrate an excellent sales ability by playing an active role on the selling floor.
Responsibilities
* Deliver amazing customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
* Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered.
* Possess strong interpersonal skills to aid the development of a client book and returning customer base.
* Work as a team to ensure facility maintenance, presentation and organization.
* Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed.
* Ensuring cashing up and EOD reporting is executed correctly.
* Assist the management team in resolving all client issues/complaints quickly and effectively.
* Assist with deliveries, visual merchandising and maintaining a tidy back of house.
Qualifications
* 2-4 years Retail Experience.
* Experience with high-end luxury product.
