Membership Sales Advisor - Woking, Surrey Some exciting opportunities have arisen to join Anytime Fitness Woking! You’ll play an important role in shaping how prospective members experience the club from their first enquiry through to becoming long-term members. You’ll support the overall sales process and help set high standards for how the club sells, welcomes, and retains members. As the club grows, there is clear scope to develop further responsibility and progress within the business. Salary is based on 40 hours with a generous commission AND bonus structure: OTE £33K Responsibilities Drive and support membership sales in line with targets, while also creating excitement within the community for our club Manage and follow up leads to ensure a strong conversion experience Deliver confident, professional consultations face-to-face, by phone, and online Support the onboarding of new members and ensure a positive first experience Assist with local outreach, marketing activity, social media and in-club events Process memberships and admin accurately and efficiently Maintain exceptional club standards across member experience, cleanliness, and presentation Support operational duties including opening and closing shifts, gym floor resets, and general housekeeping What We’re Looking For Experience in sales or a customer-focused, target-driven role (fitness experience preferred, not required) Confident communicator who enjoys building rapport Organised and reliable with strong follow-up skills Able to take initiative and support others without formal management responsibility You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Are Sales-focused but genuinely care about people and experience - Fitness industry experience is a bonus. Friendly, approachable, and professional. Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends Based within a reasonable commute to Woking.
