The role requires the appointed Construction Solicitor (Contentious) to work to tight deadlines as well as prioritise their own caseload of matters. You will be joining a friendly team working on broad range of clients advising on a variety of construction disputes. THE CANDIDATE: You will have at least 3 years of experience in construction disputes or be a Disputes Lawyer looking to retrain within constriction law. The successful Construction Solicitor or Litigation Solicitor will have a genuine desire and passion to specialise in contentious construction matters. With a strong understanding of contentious construction matters you will be looking for a successful and dynamic team where you can see your career flourish.
