for a Food & Beverage Manager to join the Food & Beverage team
We are looking for an
enthusiastic Food and Beverage Manager who is keen to grow inside the
biggest hotel company in the world, Portsmouth Marriott Hotel.
Located near famous landmarks such as the Spinnaker Tower has a range of
amenities including: Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant
and fitness centre.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you
will…
1. Recruit, manage, train and develop the total Food and Beverage
department
2. Work within budgeted guidelines for payroll and consumables
3. Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
4. Ensure incentive plans are in place for team members to maximize
sales and revenue
5. Evaluate operational guest satisfaction, recognize success and
action plan for continuous improvement
6. Review monthly P&L statement for departments, identify
opportunities cost saving
7. Work with the Finance Manager to forecast monthly sales and costs
8. Work closely with all departmental managers to ensure seamless
guest experiences across the hotel
9. Ensure operations meet the Brand Standard Requirements
10. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and
safety legislation

16. Is an excellent communicator who is clear,
approachable, and adaptable when working with staff, senior management,
suppliers, and guests.
17. Detail-oriented with big-picture thinking by keeping an
eye on standards, costs, and compliance while understanding overall business
goals.
18. Is adaptable and solutions-focused and is flexible
in a fast-paced environment and quick to find practical solutions when plans
change.
