We are looking for a founding hire to take a well-defined product, market, and brand and turn it into consistent, repeatable revenue. The foundations are in place. What’s needed now is execution, judgement, and ownership.
This is not a management-first role.
You will sell personally before you build a team.

What you will do (initial phase)
In the first 6–12 months, you will:
* Personally sell and close deals
* Turn positioning into predictable revenue
* Tighten messaging and objection handling through live sales
* Focus marketing on activity that directly supports conversion
* Decide what to double down on and what to stop
* Build the first repeatable sales motion
You will not inherit a sales team.
You will earn the right to build one by proving what works.
What the role becomes
Once traction is proven, you will:
* Design the sales and marketing playbook based on real results
* Build and lead the sales team in your vision
* Own revenue growth with full commercial responsibility
