HR Advisor Required – Immediate Start
Location: Hereford
Assignment: Minimum 2 months (potential for extension)

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on all people-related matters.
* Manage all aspects of Employee Relations (ER) including conducting hearings, drafting letters, note-taking, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
* Provide expert advice on staff consultations and support associated processes.
* Stay up to date with employment legislation, implementing relevant policy changes.
* Lead and support HR projects as required.
* Ensure a safe working environment in line with company Health and Safety policies.
* Undertake any other duties necessary to support the HR department.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in HR, particularly in Employee Relations.
* Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
